Abstract

The objective of the study is to evaluate the influence of entrepreneurial leadership style on project management capacity in small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam. The research data was collected through a survey of managers in small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam through a questionnaire over 3 months, which collected 231 valid questionnaires for data analysis. The study used Smart PLS 4.1 software to analyze the data. The results show that the entrepreneurial leadership style helps to improve the project management capacity and the success of business projects in small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam. © 2026 by the authors; licensee Growing Science, Canada.
