This article investigates the drivers of Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption in healthcare. Using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a theoretical framework, the study explores key dimensions such as the perceived usefulness of AI, its ease of use, as well as other relevant variables. By analyzing these factors, the article aims to better understand healthcare professionals' attitudes and perceptions towards AI, and to identify potential barriers to its adoption. By highlighting these elements, the article proposes recommendations to foster the effective adoption of AI in healthcare, emphasizing the crucial importance of training and education in this process. © 2026 Ikrame Kiyadi et al.; published by UIKTEN.
