The present paper focuses on the treatment of different pathologies that can affect both traditional and concrete buildings in Morocco, which can have adverse consequences on people’s health and safety. These pathologies generate significant damages such as cracks, waterproofing problems or structural deformations, even respiratory problems and allergies for the occupants. This study is based on data available in various scientific sources. Many solutions are proposed for the treatment of building pathologies. The finding highlights that choosing an efficacy treatment requires a preliminary diagnosis, aiming to enhance the lifespan of buildings. © 2026 Published by Faculty of Engineeringg.
