The purpose of this research is to determine the intervening impact of the organizational intelligence with respect to talent management practices and the performance of the employees in the scope of pharmaceutical businesses in Jordan. Using a structured questionnaire, descriptive and analytical techniques were employed to find information from the pertinent population of managers, deputy managers and overall department heads. 150 valid responses were achieved and examined. The findings indicate a positive correlation between employees, competitive advantage, and job success. When employees’ skills are correctly identified and effectively utilized in appropriate roles, organizations tend to achieve superior performance, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry. This research study is mostly limited to the pharmaceutical industry in Jordan, hence, the generalization of the findings may be an issue. Further studies should seek how these findings would apply in other industries and even regions. This study offers and important perspective on the organizational intelligence as a mediator between talent management and job performance, aiding in the formulation of strategies on how the organizations can enhance performance through the proper acquisition and utilization of manpower. © 2026 Al Montaser Mohammad et al.
