This study examines the determinants of entrepreneurial intentions among university students from a university in Lima, Peru. The research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 476 university students, applying partial least squares structural equation modeling. Results revealed that personal attitude, perceived behavioral control, entrepreneurial education, and self-efficacy have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial intentions, while contact networks showed no significant impact. The most relevant finding indicates that entrepreneurial education has the strongest effect on entrepreneurial intentions (β=0.852), suggesting the importance of strengthening entrepreneurship education programs within Peruvian universities. © 2025 Universidad Icesi.
