Corporate sustainability significantly affects the commitment of employees in the textile industry, thus providing a basis for recommendations to companies that wish to implement sustainable practices. Factors such as sustainable development practices, job satisfaction, motivation, corporate image, leadership and professional development are key to achieve organizational commitment. The research emphasises the importance of a holistic approach to integrating sustainability into the operations of the textile industry, with a special focus on the environment and responsible business.
