This research aims to explore the effect of psychological climate on job involvement. As a result, the research variables and the sample's reactions to them were measured using a questionnaire. It was distributed to a sample of 215 employees at the Administrative Development and Information Technology Center of the Iraqi Ministry of Planning. Statistical analyses were conducted on the sample’s answers using the SPSS software. One of the most prominent findings is that psychological climate did not significantly influence job involvement, as other factors primarily control the job involvement variable, with psychological immersion being less influential. The main recommendations from the research emphasize that organizations should focus on employees’ commitment to their work and pay as much attention to creating a positive psychological climate within the organization. © 2026, World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society.
