This research explores the integration of Holland’s RIASEC model and data mining techniques within Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance personalized career matching for students. The RIASEC model, which categorizes career interests into six personality types - realistic, investigative, artistic, social, enterprising, and conventional is the foundation for aligning educational experiences with individual career aspirations. The integration of RIASEC, LMS, and Data Mining has shown the creation of personalized learning pathways. The findings suggest that RIASEC-based career matching within LMS holds significant promise for advancing customized education, better preparing students for their future careers, and enhancing overall educational outcomes. © 2026 Somerset Elcid R.
