Presented article describes the research on organizational IT knowledge management system model. Research was started with the analysis of current scientific knowledge status on knowledge management as well as supporting the process with Information Technology. Methods of knowledge management systems were analyzed and a system suitable for a case study was selected. Case study results allowed to build a knowledge management system and the model was verified on the basis of knowledge management system prototype research. © 2010, Versita. All rights reserved.
