Abstract

This paper focuses on the study of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) impact on the performance of Moroccan companies, while highlighting the causal relationships between the contributions of ERP and the measurement criteria of various aspects of performance, including economic, organizational, and human aspects. Our primary objective is to test the reliability and validity of the measurement model for the impact of ERP on the performance of Moroccan companies. To achieve this, we conducted a quantitative study using a questionnaire administered to Moroccan companies that use ERP systems. The collected data were then subjected to confirmatory factor analysis through structural equation modeling, particularly using the PLS (Partial Least Squares) approach. The results of this study demonstrated that the assessment of the impact of ERP systems on the performance of Moroccan companies can be conducted using a questionnaire tailored to professionals. © 2026 Published by Faculty of Engineeringg.
